Ingredients:
- 12 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and smoked paprika
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top
Place the bacon slices on the wire rack, making sure they don't overlap
