On this tasty Sun-dried Tomato Mushroom Pizza with Arugula and Balsamic Vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, and fresh arugula are layered on top of a crispy pizza crust. Some balsamic vinegar on top gives each bite a tangy kick. You can make this fancy pizza at home without much trouble.
  Ingredients:
  
      - 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
     Preheat your oven to 475F 245C
   Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness
   Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet
   Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust
   Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce
   Evenly distribute the sun-dried tomatoes and sliced mushrooms over the cheese
   Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned
   While the pizza is baking, in a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and olive oil
   Season with salt and pepper to taste
   Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly for a minute or two
   Before serving, drizzle the balsamic vinegar and olive oil mixture over the hot pizza
   Top the pizza with fresh arugula leaves
